We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the order is delivered to make a return request. Please visit our returns page to make the request.

No returns accepted for normal tear and wear.

Final Sale items

We do not accept returns on Final Sale items unless the item arrived damaged or has a factory defect.

Returning an item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Submit a return request

Select My TinyShoes from the menu icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or our returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception, and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please start your return process as soon as possible or you can contact us at for more information.


The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You will be refunded the original purchase price of the item minus the cost of the return shipping if you chose to return it with a shipping label provided by us. We will not refund the cost of the original outbound shipment.
